RESULTS - Stableford Competition at Vintage on Saturday 25 October 2025

The cooler season has definitely started - the wind was fresher and in the opposite direction to the rest of the year and as a result it was a good day with some decent scoring at Vintage yesterday. Yes, it was good to be back on the course and 30 players gathered to compete in the Stableford event. At the end of all the great shots, terrible shots, lucky breaks and dreadful luck, Elliott Voth stood tallest, taking his first ever overall Londoner win. Congratulations Elliott - great to see you maintain your form for the whole round in scoring 35 points!

Flights A, B and C were won by Gido van Mastrigt (33), Phil Mulligan (32) and Mark Foxwell (34) respectively (all those numbers are their points scored, not their ages). Congratulations to them. Full results are on True Handicap here and the list of technical prize winners is shown below:

After some months away in less rainy climes, we welcomed back John Comiskey, Dietmar Lammers and Geoff Wright - good to see you. Welcome to Norman Cheng too, he joined as a new member yesterday.

Our next game is at Flora Ville on Saturday 8 November, first tee ~11.00. It is a Stableford event which will make a nice change from Medal for players who can only play on the weekends.
