Registration Open - Londoners Club Championship Weekend at Khao Yai Country Club 22 and 23 November 2025

Registration is now open for the Londoners 2025 Club Championships on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 November at the Khao Yai Country Club for the 2nd consecutive year. It was a brilliant venue last year for the golf competition and this year we are booking rooms on behalf of members at Sabai-Sabai - the on-site hotel.

We will stay at the on-site Sabai-Sabai hotel. This is a building with very nice hotel rooms: modern, comfortable and clean. A simple breakfast is served at Club House of the golf course from 6:00 am. The Club House closes by 6:00pm. We will arrange dinner(s) at a local restaurant, for those who are interested to join the social activity.

We have booked 20 rooms for arrival on Friday, November 21st, checkout on Sunday (2 nights). Another 14 rooms have been booked for arrival on Saturday, November 22, also with checkout on Sunday (1 night).

Room rate is THB 1,700 per night, including breakfast.

Sign up is in two stages again this year:

1.    For golf sign up, please register on True Handicap.
2.    Hotel requests - Use this Google Form to submit your request. Don't book the Sabai-Sabai hotel independently as there is no need to do so.

Event Details:

Golf Location - Khao Yai Country Club.

Dates - Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 November 2025.

Timings - Saturday first tee ~11:00am (2 tee start); Sunday first tee ~8:00am (2 tee start). Exact timings to be confirmed.

Club Championship Qualification - you must have played 6 LGC Order of Merit qualifying events since the last Club Championships and have an active LGC handicap.

Non-qualifiers - are very welcome to play but don't qualify for the 2 day event.

Golf Costs - Green Fee (1,950B per day which includes green fee, caddy fee and mandatory cart). LGC Weekend Match Fee is 500B.
